I don't think that's possible with the current mod we use. It's pretty dated, but it's the only one left that lets us use simple [youtube] embed codes. I'm looking into installing this. Embed codes won't work the same way, but it does support a lot more video sites than just youtube. Will probably be better for us in the long run.

Also, if Sean ever reads this: still need that FTP access.

Darn, well it isn't even a big issue anyways. Just a little minor hindrance when embedding.
I think that Aeva would be a good alternative.

i'm setting a wordfilter for the youtube tag so it gets spoilered and marked as such. having a billion youtube videos on one page lags the shit out of my garbage netbook and i imagine it afflicts someone else out there, too.

also, perhaps you might know this, what's the deal with SMF and the sent messages feature in PMs showing the outbox as empty all the time?
