New skin.

I have changed the forum default to a new, more minimal skin. The old "Elegant" blue skin is still there, just go and change it yourself if you want it back.

Thanks to shevanel. for his work on getting it up and running to suit our needs, most of the bugs and little things that broke seem to have been fixed. If you find any, please PM shevanel., Shy, or myself, or make a post about it in the Bug Report thread.

I wasn't aware it was already supposed to be done.

I'm still not completely happy with the way the way the sidebar works, but we can work that out later. Needs rotating banners too.

I like it. It's much different than the one I was using (SMF Default - Curve), but I think I'll end up using this one for a whiiile.

I like the banner more now without it rotating. The only real thing that irks me is how the words get cut off in titles and whatnot.
